Coven is a group of players helping each other to progress in the game and playing together. Members of the coven are not necessary friends on social network, they unite in the game first and become friends later if they wish. Covens are created by players and managed by players.
To check the list of available covens please click the 'Covens' link in the main menu. All covens in the list are ordered according to their size.
How to join a coven
There are two ways to become a part of the coven - create your own coven or join the existing one. To join a coven please click one of the coven in the list and click the 'Apply' button in the 'Join This Coven' block.
Adding new member to the coven requires a confirmation from the coven leader or one of the coven officers. You application will be reviewed and either accepted or declined depending on the coven policies, current status, or number of free places they have.
If you were not accepted to one coven - you can try another one. You can apply to more than one coven at a time and as soon as one of your applications will be accepted the rest of them will be automatically removed.
The maximum number of players which can be added to one coven is 20.
Shared Resources
One of the benefits of being a member of a coven is the access to shared resources. Members of the coven can share their monsters to defeat them together, exchange items, and sell items to members of their coven on the Market.
Shared monsters are displayed in a separate tab at the "My Coven" page. Each monster has a timer displaying how much time left for the battle and a progress bar displaying how much health the monster have. Monster appear in this block when one of the members of the coven shares the monster, see Sharing monsters page for additional details.
Item exchange proposals are displayed in the coven when one of the members offers an item for exchange. There are no additional actions needed to post an exchange offer to the coven - they're displayed automatically whenever you create an exchange offer.
Members of the coven can also list items on black market and make them visible to only the members of their own coven. There's a special flag in the market listing form and a filter at the Black Market page.
Coven buildings
Being in a coven also gives you access to a set of bonuses that can be collected from coven buildings. These buildings are available only for players in a coven.
Coven members can collectively build coven buildings using different items, energy, coven dice and other resources.
Coven buildings can increase your gold gain, restore your hp to the maximum etc. The bonus depends on the type of the building.
Treasure Chest
Each coven has a treasury chest which every member of the coven can open once a day. The reward in the chest vary from day to day and may include gold, alchemy ingredients, equipment, gems, or even pieces of the epic collections.
Treasure chest is only available for covens that have their Tower built and active and have at least 5 members.
