You can speed up the alchemical reaction by adding a catalyzer. Each catalyzer has its own effect:
- Splinter of Meteorite - speeds up the process by 5 minutes.
- Leeches - speeds up the process by 10 minutes.
- Poisonous Orchid - speeds up the process by 30 minutes.
- Dried Tarantula - speeds up the process by 1 hour 30 minutes.
- Shark Scale - speeds up the process by 3 hours.
You can add 1 catalyzer of each type per potion. For example, to speed up the brewing of 10 potions you can add 10 Splinters of Meteorite and 10 Leeches, but not 20 leeches.
You can also use the "Instant Mix" option. Warning: using this option costs gems.
You can speed up all alchemy operations by making one of your friends your Alchemist. The Alchemist helps you brew potions much faster by giving you an additional time bonus. You can assign the Alchemist at the Alliance page. The higher level your Alchemist is, the better time bonus they give.
If you have an Alchemist assigned and use catalyzers then both bonuses will be applied.
Also there are skills that can decrease the brewing time further: the "Alchemy Master" decreases the brewing time directly and the "Scientist" skill improves the effects of catalyzers.
