Aura is a special effect produced by a potion or other kind of consumable item which lasts for a definite period of time and gives you a bonus while active.
Obtaining Auras
Auras are produced when you consume special items. When consumed, the item adds aura to your character which lasts a definite amount of time. Aura strength doesn't depend on the type of the item you consume - type of the item you consume only affects the total time frame of the aura effect. There are several auras which you can obtain through items:
- Regeneration Aura - immediately restores part of the damage received in the battles. Minor wounds heal almost instantly. The damage you receive in battles reduces by 10%.
- Hunter Aura - improves your aiming and trapping skills which helps you to deal more damage to monsters. Total damage dealt to monsters in every attack increases by 10%.
- Berserker Aura - gives you the stength and fury of the ancient legendary warriors. You deal 10% more damage in Arena. It works both with gladiators and other players.
Auras can be obtained not only through items but also through some of the Coven buildings:
- Aura of Light gives you 10% chance to block all damage from an opponent's attack. Altar of Light gives you 2 hours of it up to 3 times a day.
- Prosperity Aura Aura increases your gold gain by 10%. The Treasury gives you 2 hours of it up to 3 times a day.
- Perceptivity Aura increases your experience gain by 10%. The Library gives you 2 hours of it up to 3 times a day.
- Magic Gain Aura increases the damage of your spells by 7%. The Magic Stream gives you 2 hours of it up to 3 times a day.
Also you can get Auras in special tasks in Titan and Coven battles:
- Attack Gain. All attacks deal 30% more damage.
- Blessing. You restore 30% more health to your allies in healing mode.
If you consume several items producing different auras - all auras are applied and all become active at the same time. For example, if you consume Greater Potion of Resurrection and Potion of Deceit - you'll get both regeneration aura from the former and hunter aura from the latter.
When you consume multiple items which produce same auras but with various time - the result time frame will not be a grand total of all time frames of the applied items, only the largest time frame will be taken into account.
For example, if you consume Greater Potion of Resurrection and then consume Potion of the Mountain Nymph - the time frame of the first potion will be applied first, but then the time frame will be replaced with time frame of the largest potion (the latter). If you consume Potion of the Mountain Nymph first and then consume Greater Potion of Resurrection - it won't add any effect at all.
The most effective way to consume items with aura effects is to consume them when your current aura of the same type is near to extinct or already vanished. Time left for the aura should be smaller than the time frame of the aura produced by item you're going to consume, otherwise the majority of its usefullnes will be wasted.
You can extend the duration of your auras in the battle. Click one of the aura icons under your health bar and choose an item that gives the aura you need.
