If you have at least one of each element of a collection, you can exchange them for a final reward. To do that go to the “Collections” page, find the collection and click “Collect”. The elements (one of each) of the collection will disappear and you will get the final item and the rest of the reward.
Please note that you get gems as a reward only once per collection. If you collect the same collection again, you won't get gems.
