All alchemy recipes are made either from basic ingredients or from items which could be made from basic ingredients.

Basic Ingredients

There are twelve basic alchemy ingredients in Witchcraft:

• Aqua Vitae
• Copper
• Fern Flower
• Fireflies
• Mandrake
• Mirth Flower
• Obsidian
• Ogre Tooth
• Quicksilver
• Red Weeds
• Scorpion Tail
• Toadstools

These basic ingredients can be found while performing various game activities, such as completing quests, defeating monsters, helping your allies, etc. It is also possible to buy ingredient chests and receive ingredient boxes from your friends as gifts.

The drop rate for these ingredients vary, different players receive different ingredients. You may receive a lot of Mandrake and only a little of Obsidian while someone else will need more Mandrake. You can exchange your spare ingredients for the ingredients you're missing using the Exchange feature of the game.
