Spells significantly improve your damage and allow you to defeat opponents much faster. Unlike boosts which add fixed damage, spells increase your damage by a certain percent which depends on the spell type. Spells also have a minimum bonus damage that they add. A spell cannot add less bonus damage than its minimum bonus damage.
How to Use Spells
Spells are displayed on the left side of the battlefield. To choose a spell, click the yellow triangle at the top right corner of the "Spell" block of the battlefield, or click 'Choose' button:
You will see the "Spells" dialog which contains spells from your inventory and spells available for purchase. Choose a spell and click "Use". The spell will be automatically activated. A 4x4 spell seal will appear on the tile field:
To use a spell in battle, you must make a match that intersects with the spell's seal. If you manage to do this, matched tiles will be destroyed and 1 spell charge will be used.
To deactivate current spell, simply click on the spell icon at the left side of the field.
Spells and boosts can be used simultaneously to do even more damage to opponents.
